With a total procurement budget of 3.4 million euros, ARCHIVER will use a Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) approach to competitively procure R&D services for archiving and digital preservation
An Open Market Consultation (OMC) process is organised before the publication of the Request for Tender in order to improve the mutual understanding of the R&D challenges across procurer organisations and industry.
ARCHIVER will competitively procure R&D services from firms in three stages covering design, prototyping and pilot between January 2019 and December 2021
With a total budget of 3.4 Million euro, ARCHIVER is calling companies specialised in archiving and data preservation, cloud services and data management to provide R&D services. The tender was closed on 28 April 2020 and 5 selected consortia have started the procurement process.
The Early Adopter Programme is open to organisations interested in closely following the ARCHIVER PCP. It allows to help shape the R&D and test the solutions developed
